Here is a collection of answers to the most often-asked questions. If you can't find what you're looking for, please use our contact form to let us know.

Where are your designs manufactured?

All our designs are made in Spain.

Do you ship to all countries?

Unfortunately we cannot ship our designs to all countries. You can find out which countries we ship to here. However we encourage you to contact us in case you have not found a shipping price for the destination (country) where you wish to receive your order.

What are your shipping options and prices?

DesignCode offers several shipping options at reasonable rates. For complete details please refer to our Shipping costs. However should you order exceed the amount of 300€ please contact us so that we can inform you about special prices and conditions.

Why can't I add items to my shopping bag?

Your web browser probably has "cookies" disabled. You may need to deactivate this setting.

What is the lead time of my order?

Most in-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Shipments usually arrive within 5-8 business days from when they leave the warehouse. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.

What happens if an item is backordered?

DesignCode does everything possible to ensure that our designs, sizes, and colours are in-stock and ready-to-ship. However, sometimes demand outpaces supply and we fall short. In these rare circumstances we will notify you by e-mail that an item in your order is backordered. The backordered item will ship as soon as it becomes available. Typically, the delay will be no more then 2 weeks.

What happens after I place my order?

Upon placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. One of our customer service representatives reviews your order to make sure your information is correct and that all the items you've requested are available for immediate shipment. Our shipping department then packs your items and ships them. A second e-mail confirmation is sent when your order has been shipped.

Why am I not receiving any e-mail confirmations?

Please check your "spam" filter settings. By rejecting unwanted junk e-mail, you may be inadvertently blocking our messages. Some web-based e-mail (such as Yahoo, Google, or Hotmail) may block e-mail from unknown senders; you may need to deactivate these settings or check your "junk mail" folder. When you get an e-mail from DesignCode, we suggest you choose to "allow sender". This will permit future e-mail from us to reach you without further problems.

Are your lamps CE-certified?

Yes, all our lamps are CE-certified according to the conformity of the product to the European community provisions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
